The FoundationWorks foundation system, with site specific engineering is approved as complying with the Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing and qualifies for many government financing programs as well ; are quicker to install - hours vs. days, and are about half the price of conventional, site-poured systems. Currently, the FoundationWorks PSC, MSC and PSW products are manufactured at the company's production facilities in Salem, Oregon, and, Greensboro North Carolina as of March 2005.
